This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services purchased from Bondesign, LLC through Before You're There.
1. Private Planning Services
Private planning services may include custom itinerary planning, hotel and neighborhood guidance, pre-cruise or post-cruise planning, consultation, and written recommendations.
Refunds:
- Full refund: available if canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before planning work has started.
- 50% refund: available if canceled after planning work has started but before any itinerary, recommendations, consultation notes, or planning materials have been delivered.
- No refund: once planning materials, itinerary, recommendations, consultation notes, or advisory work have been delivered.
2. Private Guided Day / In-Person Services
For private guided day or in-person services:
- Full refund: cancellation 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled service date.
- 50% refund: cancellation 7–13 calendar days before the scheduled service date.
- No refund: cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled service date.
No refunds are available for no-shows, late arrivals, missed flights, missed cruises, weather disruptions, traffic delays, changed travel plans, failure to provide accurate information, or failure to attend the scheduled service.
3. Digital Products
If digital guides, downloadable itineraries, templates, or similar products are offered, all sales are final once access, download, or delivery has been provided.
4. Weather and Travel Disruptions
Miami weather, traffic, venue closures, events, road conditions, transportation issues, flight changes, cruise changes, and third-party disruptions are outside our control.
We may attempt, at our discretion, to suggest alternatives when reasonable, but refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, delays, closures, or third-party changes.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be available at our discretion and subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before a scheduled service may be treated as cancellations.
6. Third-Party Costs
We are not responsible for third-party charges, including hotel fees, restaurant fees, tour fees, tickets, transportation, deposits, cancellation charges, missed reservations, or provider penalties.
