Welcome to Before You're There. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, services, forms, chat assistant, content, travel planning materials, and any related services provided by Bondesign, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Before You're There is operated by Bondesign, LLC. Tatyana Bondarenko, also referred to as "Tanya," provides Miami-area travel planning guidance, itinerary suggestions, hotel and neighborhood guidance, local insight, and optional private guide services.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, booking a planning session, communicating with Mia, or otherwise engaging with Before You're There, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Before You're There provides travel planning, advisory, itinerary, hotel/neighborhood guidance, local insight, and related concierge-style planning services focused primarily on the Miami area.
Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not act as an airline, cruise line, hotel, transportation provider, restaurant, venue, tour operator, ticketing provider, or other third-party service provider. Any third-party services you choose to book are governed by that provider's own terms, policies, availability, pricing, restrictions, cancellation rules, and safety standards.
We may provide recommendations, guidance, timing suggestions, sample routes, hotel/neighborhood opinions, and planning materials. These are advisory in nature and are not guarantees.
2. No Guarantee of Availability, Access, Timing, or Outcome
We do not guarantee that any restaurant, rooftop, hotel, attraction, venue, transportation provider, event, beach access point, parking option, road, cruise terminal, airline, or third-party service will be available, open, accessible, suitable, safe, affordable, or operating as expected.
Miami conditions can change quickly due to weather, traffic, construction, events, closures, crowds, private venue rules, age restrictions, pricing changes, safety issues, and other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for verifying all final times, reservations, addresses, travel documents, departure deadlines, boarding rules, venue restrictions, and third-party terms.
3. No Responsibility for Missed Flights, Cruises, Reservations, or Events
You are solely responsible for arriving on time for flights, cruises, hotel check-ins, restaurant reservations, ticketed events, transportation, tours, appointments, and any other scheduled activity.
Before You're There, Bondesign, LLC, and Tatyana Bondarenko are not responsible for missed flights, missed cruises, missed trains, missed buses, missed reservations, missed events, delayed transportation, denied boarding, denied entry, schedule changes, or any financial loss resulting from timing, traffic, weather, user delay, third-party delay, inaccurate information, or changed travel circumstances.
All itinerary timing is advisory only. You should always allow extra time for Miami traffic, airport procedures, cruise boarding requirements, weather, parking, security, check-in, luggage, mobility limitations, and unexpected delays.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to travel dates, arrival/departure times, cruise details, flight details, hotel details, ages of travelers, mobility needs, budget preferences, dietary preferences, safety concerns, and any relevant restrictions.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or omitted information provided by you.
You are also responsible for exercising your own judgment, following local laws, complying with third-party rules, monitoring weather and safety conditions, and making final travel decisions.
5. Minors, Age Restrictions, and Family Travel
Some venues, rooftops, bars, lounges, events, hotels, pools, or activities may have age restrictions or access limitations. We may attempt to consider age restrictions when planning, but we do not guarantee that any venue will admit minors or that access rules will remain unchanged.
Parents, guardians, and adult travelers are fully responsible for minors in their group.
6. Health, Safety, Accessibility, and Mobility
Before You're There does not provide medical, safety, legal, accessibility, or emergency advice. Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather exposure, heat, traffic, crowds, slips and falls, illness, crime, venue conditions, water-related risks, transportation risks, and personal safety risks.
You are responsible for determining whether any recommended activity, route, venue, hotel, walk, tour, or experience is appropriate for your health, mobility, safety, age, group, and comfort level.
7. Payments
Payments may be collected by Bondesign, LLC through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the price, service description, refund policy, and cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase or booking.
We are not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, declined payments, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or charge-related issues caused by third-party systems.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Digital Products
If digital guides, downloadable itineraries, templates, or other digital products are offered, all digital product sales are final once access, download, or delivery has been provided unless otherwise required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, copy, designs, images, videos, guides, itineraries, planning materials, recommendations, methods, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bondesign, LLC and Before You're There, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
11. User Content and Submissions
When you submit information through forms, Mia, email, or other communication channels, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide services, prepare planning materials, manage client communication, and operate the business.
You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, false, harmful, offensive, confidential third-party information, or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for travel planning.
12. AI Assistant Mia
Mia is an AI-powered intake assistant designed to collect basic trip inquiry details for Tanya's review. Mia does not confirm bookings, accept payments, guarantee availability, make reservations, provide emergency assistance, or replace human review.
Information submitted through Mia may be stored and reviewed by Bondesign, LLC.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may reference or link to hotels, restaurants, venues, transportation services, booking platforms, attractions, or other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, prices, policies, availability, safety, or performance.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bondesign, LLC, Before You're There, Tatyana Bondarenko, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages, including lost money, lost reservations, missed travel, missed cruises, missed flights, delays, cancellations, injuries, disappointment, inconvenience, or travel disruptions.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Bondesign, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. No Warranty
Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, suitability, availability, safety, or results.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondesign, LLC, Before You're There, Tatyana Bondarenko, and related parties from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your travel decisions, your breach of these Terms, your inaccurate information, or your interactions with third parties.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
